Clearline UK payments reference

Service page

Privacy

Clearline is a reference page, not a gambling account. Nothing on this site asks you to register, deposit or sign in, so the data involved in a visit is limited to what a web server needs to answer the request.

01 · Scope

This notice covers the pages published under the Clearline site. It does not cover the operator sites linked from the ledger — each of those runs its own account, cashier and privacy regime, and following an outbound link takes you outside this notice.

02 · Data collected

A request to this site is answered by a static web server. The request itself carries an IP address, a timestamp, the file requested and the browser’s user-agent string. There are no accounts, no forms, no advertising identifiers and no cross-site tracking on these pages.

  • Server request logs — technical, retained for security and diagnostics.
  • No marketing profile is built and no data is sold.
  • Approved retention periods and any processor list are inserted by the publisher before launch.

03 · Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to processing, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Requests are handled through the contact route the publisher supplies below.

04 · Contact and revision

Publisher identity and the contact address are supplied by the site owner and inserted before publication. A revision date sits at the foot of every service page; superseded versions are kept for reference rather than overwritten.
